What do you like best about your sessions?
I get a total body workout incorporating strength and conditioning with aerobic training. You work at your own pace and ability. We are encouraged to challenge ourselves which helps me to stay focused even while I am having fun.
How specifically has the exercise benefited you?
I've kept my weight stable, have gotten very toned and I always feel great after the workouts. My endurance level is much higher along with increased upper body strength.

It's never boring . . . exercises are always varied incorporating weights with machines and floor work. Their friendly, caring manner make working out fun!

Every participant is monitored to ensure that she is performing the exercises correctly and pushing herself. He clearly knows his stuff and presents exercise combinations at each class.

It's a very holistic workout that combines strength training, cardio and flexibility and targets all areas of your body.

Increased: muscle tone, strength, flexibility, energy, confidence and independence. Reduced: fat, weight, blood pressure and fears of aging. Improved: Self image, posture, sexual libido, and overall outlook on life.

It's serious, but fun with lots of positive reinforcement . . . knowledgeable they will make corrections and modifications . . . emphasizes correct form.

They're energetic, fun and challenging. Great group of women. Special attention is always paid to each of us, making sure we're using good form. It's entertaining, motivating, great!

I am more physically fit, stronger and feel better about myself. Their ability to make it easy for me to want to continue even when other life demands get big is greatly appreciated.

Glenn's classes are upbeat and varied. The warm up, cool down and stretching assure that we are rarely stiff . . . we get to work all of the muscle groups.
How specifically has the exercise benefited you?
I am stronger and more flexible than when I started. I am more confident of my physical wellness and surer of my physical ability. Also, my body looks better and I am thinner. Feeling strong physically spills over into the rest of my life. The strength allows me to enjoy everything else I do because I feel good.

I can't believe I have been working with Glenn for so many years now. I've never been able to stick with any kind of exercise program before. My trainer always keeps me motivated and knows when to push me, because I wouldn't push myself. . . I need someone telling me exactly what to do.
As a result, I feel a whole lot better about myself- physically and mentally. . . I wouldn't be enjoying my retirement years if it weren't for Glenn. I truly believe that my work with him has saved my life.

How specifically has the exercise benefited you?
Before beginning this exercise program I frequently visited the chiropractor for neck and back pain. Since participating in this program, I have strengthened these areas to the extent that I no longer have any pain and have not been back to the Chiropractor at all. The program has helped me to reduce a dress size (without serious dieting) and become firmer, stronger and feel more healthy. It has also given me a great outlet for stress reduction.

Glenn is a first rate coach of rare quality and a true mensch! His consistent attention to correct form to avoid injuries is greatly appreciated. His inimitable style could be characterized as personal, caring and good natured, funny, educative, a mix of tough and gentle and truly inspiring.

I really appreciate the personalized workouts. I arrive for my session and my trainer has been thinking about what I need to work on even if I have not . . . I truly value the evolution of my training program- each time I reach a new level of fitness he starts pushing me to set a new goal. Without this partnership I would not be exercising as consistently . . . my trainer continues to adapt to my needs and be creative in our training sessions which keeps me going.
From a July 4th morning run at the reservoir to the encouragement to run my first half marathon, I would never have worked so hard and gained so much (including confidence in my abilities) without my trainer.
