Hodge-Podge
This is TCS' signature class where a circuit-training format is utilized to give your body everything it needs to get in shape. We combine aerobic/fat-burning exercises with toning, strengthening, functional training, balance, agility, sports conditioning, flexibility and abdominals in one briskly paced work out. Senior "Strong for Life"
This is a slower, more carefully paced version of our Hodge Podge class. At the heart of the program is a strength and mobility program that is so important as we age. Super Sculpt
This is a highly charged class focusing on toning and endurance. Exercises will be performed using hand weights. The volume of work is high and the movements are continuous while paced to music to provide you with a fat-burning workout while also, toning, strengthening and shaping your muscles. Be prepared to "feel the burn".

Killer Core
Optimum health, physical performance and energy are contingent upon having a strong middle. Killer Core is a highly focused regimen for the "core" or middle of your body. Focus will be on strengthening not only the superficial abdominal muscles, but more importantly, the often neglected deep stabilizing muscles that are essential for a strong tummy and low back.

Stretch and Relax
This is a total body stretching program for all ages and ability levels. The focus will be on improving flexibility and range of motion for all major muscle groups. The majority of the exercises are performed on exercise mats. This is a carefully paced class that is perfect for easing tight or aching muscles and promoting relaxation.

SPINNING®
SPINNING is a group cycling program designed to feel like an actual outdoor bike trip. This low impact, workout can be tailored to accommodate all levels of fitness. SPINNING is a phenomenal cardiovascular workout that will condition your legs as you burn bucket loads of fat. Be sure to bring your sweat towel! This class requires sign-up in advance.
